Grand Wynn Manufacturing Ltd (GWM) is a sister company of one of the leading private companies in exporting fish and prawn processing industry, Grand Wynn Enterprises Ltd situated in Yangon, Union of Myanmar.
With internationally recognised in creditability and reliability of GWE, GWM decided to establish a own processing factory to go quality products for export to integradc the global market in 2005 named Twin Brothers Cold Storage. It is located in No.50 Yan Naing Swe 2 Street, Setmulatmu Ward, Tharkayta. The factory construction was proudly designed by our Myanmar engineers applying international standards. The factory registered at the Department of Fisheries (D.O.F) in 2005 and the registration number is YGN/079/TBS/DOF.
In order to ensure the food safely, the processing plant has implemented a HACCP system and is closely and regularly monitored by qualified personnel who have completed HACCP system recognised by D.O.F. The system makes sure that the products are rightly operated within set parameters.
Therefore, we guarntee the safely and rcliablility of our products processed by Twin Brothers Sea-Food Cold Storage that is managed by well experienced and qualified personnel under HACCP system. As our main mission is to go towards the professional manufacturing industry with sensitiveness to quality and hygcinc for the customers from all over the world, the products intended to go to export market would have undergobe bacteriological and organoleptic testing (i.c check the cleanesss of both outside appearances and inside organs of the products) of each and every lot. We only let go our products only when the results reach to the prescribed levels of the EU Health Authorities.

The factory is registered at Department of fisheries and the registration no. is YGN/079/TBS/DOF. To ensure for food safety the processing plant was implemented a HACCP system and is being monitored by qualified personal who have received training from DO.F in HACCP system. The system forces being and checking parameters of critical areas that can control the product within set parameters. To meet the defined need, complying with the international standards and specifications our industry can manage preventive type system. It is well managed by the experienced personals and energetic directions with a view to the effective utilization of Myanmar’s rich aquaculture resources of export promotion drive. To ensure profit for the company by making a wide range of products available at reasonable prices.. We are adapting HACCP principle in our processing plant, along with on customers and the importers all over the world.

The company shall produce good quality frozen seafood that is safe to the consumer. The products placed in the market would have undergone bacteriological and organoleptic testing of each and every lot and the results are guaranteed to be below the prescribed levels of the EU Health Authorities. The HACCP system will form the core control system, which is implemented and monitored by qualified professionals.
